sometimes auto-Run JS doesn't work

Sometimes my JS changes are not reflected in the output.
auto-run is enabled.
However, if I save a snapshot and close the window, then open JSbin and the latest file, it works properly.
I suspected perhaps the browser cache was interfering, so I disabled the cache.
I'm using Safari.

What am I doing wrong?
