I love jsbin and use it to teach my Javascript programming introduction. For some reason, on occasion, we cannot access jsbin from our labs. It appears that the servers are down and/or inaccessible. Often it is not impacting all the students, sometimes it is all the students. Is there something you are blocking if all the accesses come from a single IP address? Could you be blocking thinking it is a DNS attack or something?
