Add Starlink router/wifi metrics

It would be nice if we could expose metrics from the Starlink router.

I personally run the Starlink router in bypass mode, in order to use a custom router, however many people use the provided Starlink router where these metrics would exist and be useful. If anyone is interested in implementing and testing these metrics, please reach out!
