Console and Debugger in separate windows / at the same time

How can I enable both the debugger and the LOG/console simultaneously? Currently it seems they reuse the same window (and Debugger needs a specific size).

Partial workaround - use LOG file for the console.

Alternative - if I start dosbox-x.exe from a cmd.exe (or another host console) to get the LOG messages there (while main window + Debugger window appear as usual) - Staging does that.
