Is there a pause function?

I started using it recently.
I like this app very much.

However, there is one problem.
When I launch the app, the fan starts running and the machine slows down.
When you quit the app, the fan will stop and the machine will work comfortably.

I use this app a lot, but only for a short time.
It's hard to start and close the app on both machines every time.

Is there a function to pause the app?
If not, I would like a setting to suspend the synchronization of both machines.
I thought that "Sync lock status" and "Sync sleep status" were not what I wanted, so I asked.
