Thank you very much for opening up this issue! I am currently a bit overwhelmed by the many requests that arrive each week, so please forgive me, if I fail to respond personally. I am still very likely to at least skim read your request and I'll probably try to fix all (real) bugs if possible and I will likely review every single PR being made (please, give me a heads up if you intent to do so) and I will try to work on popular requests (please upvote via thumbs up on the original issue) whenever possible, but trying to respond to every single issue over the last years has been kind of draining and I need to adjust my approach for this project to remain fun for me and to make any progress with actually coding new stuff. Thanks for your understanding! |

Version i am using - Version 11.1.1 (11.1.1) If there is reasons why this is this way please educate me. If not i can also help with relevant development here. |
Personally I also had moments where I accidentally clickee on "Add to Today". But I do not know what a better placement would be. Maybe just hiding it in the right click menu like most other todo-programs do. But I am curious as to what other alternatives there could be. |
Problem Statement
I keep accidentally clicking "remove from today" button when i actually want to click the "start tracking time" button.
Usually i use the "Today" tab and by default it opens today tasks only. When i am trying to start tasks i accidentally click the "remove from today" button and the task goes out of view, Then i have to go to inbox then start it again.
At that point i just use the inbox view to track the tasks.
❔ Possible Solution
Move the "Remove from today" button away from "start tracking time" button.
The action "Remove from today" happens maybe few times a day.
The action "Start tracking time" happens much more frequently in a day.
A destructive action should not be so close to a frequent action in the UI.
