New Jetty 12.1 alpha

Hi,

I'd like to test/integrate current Jetty 12.1.x branch with our own code. Is there a plan to stage/release another alpha/rc version?

@kobiluz the deployer PR is was merged today, and we are just waiting on PR #12900 to merge before we stage another alpha.
