异常情况：子应用样式节点丢失

正常情况：

复现步骤：

启动platform，subApp1，subApp2
2.打开platform项目，点击菜单，切换到物联网监测/设备监测（subApp1）
3.点击菜单，切换到安全工作管理/应急管理/应急预案
4.问题复现，必现
