Opening files seems to pick the right Google account but opening folders doesn't

If you're signed in to two Google accounts and running gdrive_search against your second account, if you try and open a folder it seems to default to the first account (so you get a 'request access' page).

This doesn't seem to happen for files.

We're getting the web link from Google's API, so this might be a Google API issue more than a library issue, but worth investigating.
