Grant partial access to photos and videos

Expected behaviour
Android 14 introduces Selected Photos Access, which allows users to grant apps access to specific images and videos using new READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED permission

Actual behaviour
Currently, after removing the READ_MEDIA_IMAGES and READ_MEDIA_VIDEO permissions, the application is always granted "Access All" images and videos.
