Nel readme si fa riferimento a xmlsectool al link http://shibboleth.net/downloads/tools/xmlsectool/latest/xmlsectool-2.0.0-bin.zip che dà 404.

@pomarc dalla url http://shibboleth.net/downloads/tools/xmlsectool/ è possibile scegliere la versione di XmlSecTool.
