Firefly not showing iota

Firefly has had few changes since 2022. Mobile version not even available & I cannot withdraw my iota as it is on superseded network. If I get latest desktop version & use seed phrase. Transaction history has not even registered. How can I resolve this? Firefly was meant to be safe place to hold funds. Now it seems I have lost Iota.

If you keep your mnemonic you can still use Firefly or any other wallet in the ecosystem like Bloom.

If you cant find your balances just run the balance finder from settings > advanced > balance finder, and run it until you discover all your funds.

The transaction history in Firefly can be innacurate because the network does prunning so it does not save all historical data to save on space stored by the nodes, if you need your full tx history you should use the explorer https://explorer.iota.org/ which does hold everything.
