Describe the bug
I've configured the Authentication Sources, Connection Profiles and Admin Access as described in documentation.

I'm using MS Entra ID as SAML provider. I've generated the self-signed certificates manually so I can provide the CA cert to the PacketFence.

My administration is on port 1443.

After the setup, when I click on Single Sign On button, I land on https://my-server-hostname.second.tld/admin-sso?callback=... (see screenshot) with message that the server refused connection. If I manually add the port to the URL, I land on white page.

Expected behavior
Microsoft login form is shown.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11, build 24H4
  • Browser Chrome + Edge, latest version
  • PacketFence version: 14.0.0+20250210191552+1664736628+0012+maintenance140+bookworm1

After upgrade to 14.1.0 the problem is still the same.

Fixed - the captive portal had to be enabled on the management interface.

I think it's something worth to put into documentation.
