Last steps of author Wikipedia link cleanup

Problem

As described in my blog post here, I recently cleaned up a bunch of old Author Wikipedia links (moving them to Wikidata IDs when possible).

There are a few final things I need to do and I'll use this issue to track them

• Remove the code to show (deprecated) Wikipedia links on author pages (just showing the new language aware links) remove outdated author wikipedia logic #10332
• Remove the Wikipedia field from the author schema remove outdated Wikipedia field openlibrary-client#420
• Run one final query over the February data dumps to find any stragglers
