Выделить в отдельную кнопку «Запуск с дополнительными параметрами», можно добавить маленькую шестеренку к логотипу 1С.

Сделать основной кнопку запуска под пользователем без доп. параметров: ввел имя пользователя, Ctrl+Enter -> сразу открывается сеанс под пользователем.
