Support Question: Featured Image

Hello;

Love your plugin and will be donating to it. I was wondering if there was a way to use the image that is pulled in as part of the content can be also used as my Posts featured image?

I am writing some posts that link back to another website. They already have the featured image that is pulled over nicely with your plugin. It would be amazing if I could also automatically use that image as my featured image in the post that I am creating.
