User Settings Screen

The user settings screen is currently located under the settings tab at the bottom of the page.

The current settings page doesn't have much on it, just a simple sign on button using Clerk.

In this page we want to include these main sections:

• User Settings (allow the user to change the visuals and notification settings)
• User Account (allow users to sign in and view their account info)
• Privacy Policy (the policy statement for how we use ppl's information)
• About ZotMeal (learn about ZotMeal and how to contribute)

We will have to mock this up in figma, but it should contain information like this:

The old ZotMeal app renders Privacy Policy and About in a webview. We could do the same, just implementing these pages in the web app so we only have to maintain one thing.
