I'm submitting a documentation issue in README.md

What is the current behavior?

export DATA_SOURCE_NAME=oracle://user:password@primaryhost:1521,standbyhost:1521/+ASM?as=sysdba

What is the expected behavior?

export DATA_SOURCE_NAME=oracle://user:password@primaryhost:1521,standbyhost:1521/+ASM?dba privilege=sysdba
