Create3 ROS2 Humble topics not displaying full topic list on Raspberry Pi 4 Ubuntu server 22.04

I have done a fresh install of Ubuntu Server 22.04 on a Raspberry Pi 4 and have gone through the ROS 2 Humble raspberry pi installation tutorial and I am not seeing the Create3 topics show when listed.
I can ping the Robot IP 192.168.186.2 from the Raspberry Pi 4, but still no go.

On an earlier previous install attempt i had the robot connected to a wifi network. it then does show topic list and i could drive it around. i pressed the forgot-wifi button, so now its not connected anymore and should just use the USB-C connection but it's not working. Bluetooth mode in python playground works fine. Here are my robot's log's:

A couple of things that I would try in this scenario.

1. If you'd like to totally disable/forget Wi-Fi, I usually just factory reset the Create 3. You can do this at the very bottom of the page you shared the screenshot for. Sometimes if I've been messing around with the Wi-Fi and can't get it working without Wi-Fi, this helps.
2. If you haven't already, I would setup your Pi to serve time to your Create 3. This will make sure your time is synced, which will likely fall out of sync if the Create 3 isn't connected to the internet. Instructions here: https://iroboteducation.github.io/create3_docs/setup/compute-ntp/ Then I would edit the NTP config on your robot itself to only check time from the Pi. Instructions here: NTP config for Create 3 turtlebot/turtlebot4#216 While it may not directly resolve your communication issues right now, it could prevent future ones.

After doing both of these things, I would then keep the Pi plugged into the Create 3 and fully power cycle the Create 3 (easiest option is probably just holding down the button to turn off then putting it on the dock again to start up).
