Describe the bug

Portfolio balance for Kraken is wrong, because it's using 0 price for some tokens. This is an issue that was previously closed as fixed. I've also tested switching the price oracle, as well as connecting from multiple countries to see if the IP has been blocked due to region. The issue persists.

Steps to reproduce bug

Add Kraken credentials to Dashboard and observe portfolio.
