Like 3D ref organs, there is a central crosswalk that needs split out to FTUs when there are updates

Code here (https://github.com/hubmapconsortium/hra-do-processor/blob/main/src/migration/ccf-releases/split-2d-ftu-crosswalk.js) can be adapted to work like https://github.com/hubmapconsortium/hra-do-processor/blob/main/src/update-ref-organ-crosswalk.js

New fields in the schema:

node_group on the FTU node to specify the collection name of the nodes,
pref_label on the FTU node that only specifies the entity name
