Errors appear even when files are closed

Hi vscode-htmlhint team,
I have correctly set up your extension and configuration file and everything works fine. The only problem that occurs is the following: warnings and errors are shown in the appropriate section even when the file is closed. Is there a way to show them only when the file is actually open?

I can reproduce the issue, but I don't know of a way to fix it at the moment so leaving this issue open if anyone would like to make a PR to address it.
