Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Most frameworks like VUE give the possibility of a ref-attribute which should be used instead of id-attribute for example.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new Rule "attr-ban" which contains a list of attribute names which should not appear in the html.
