I recently reviewed your demo version and noticed the absence of a gratuity module for calculating employees’ end-of-service benefits as per UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations). Given that gratuity calculation is a legal requirement, how does your system ensure compliance without this feature?
Manual calculations can lead to errors, compliance risks, and administrative inefficiencies. Does Horilla have any plans to implement a gratuity calculation module, or is there an existing solution within your platform that addresses this requirement?
