Add Simplified Chinese (zh-Hans) Translation

I’d like to propose adding Simplified Chinese (zh-Hans) translation support to the Horilla HRM application. I believe this could make the application more accessible to a wider audience, particularly in Chinese-speaking regions.

I’m happy to contribute by providing the translation myself. Could you let me know if this is something the project team would be interested in supporting? If so, I’d appreciate any guidance on how to proceed, such as whether there’s a specific process or format I should follow for submitting translations.
