How I manage Currency for each Employee

I work in a company that paid each person with different currency some people get there pay with USD and others with their local currency so the question is how I could manage this in Horilla.

Thats correct but what if the company have multiple nationalities and people get paid with different currencies ?? How I could handle this case.
