website not open in browser;biometric scheduled capture not triggered.

Horilla doesn't seem to load or start unless website is open in browser. Therefore the schedule capture of biometrics doesn't work

Apache WSGI running in daemon mode

Hi @vanyell ,
We have tested our system hosted with Apache2 and biometric as ZK device. Even when the browser is closed, the system is fetching data.
Can you confirm whether there is any firewall enabled for the biometric port which restricts the system from fetching the data?

To confirm, can you try to make the configuration using nginx and gunicorn. Please look into the doc and try again.
Need to confirm whether its the issue with the apache configuration.

Application-group parameter needs to be added so that the wsgi application will preload during reloading of Apache in case of logrotation.
