check the below pictures, we can get "activate live capture mode" data from the Zkteco device, and in the pic, you can see some data that is brought from "live capture" data from Zkteco, but when we try to get (scheduled data) from that device, we can't get it.
the area of using scheduled data means in case sometimes our server is off, and an employee punches their fingerprint or face detection for check-in or check-out while our server is off, in that case, we need to get scheduled data but we are unable to get it here.

the employee that we can see in the last pic is the "activate live picture mode", but the question is that "scheduled connection is successful", then why we are unable to get these employees in the scheduling case?
