Quality inconsistency between OBS Browser Source and Normal browser #15

I seem to be having problems forcing quality issues (could be user error)
However one thing I have noticed is for the majority of videos I use the quality is different in the OBS browser source compared to using the URL in a normal browser.
In the majority of cases the obs browser source has a lower resolution. In a few rare cases (usually when the original video has a high resolution such as 2560x1440) it works correctly on the browser source but shows a different resolution on a normal browser.

This is the current URL im using : https://hopollo.github.io/OBS-Youtube-Player/?watch?&list=PLuPZph0hObJkUkXb7sllO0knm1oRDwhLJ&volume=10&random=true&loop=true&w=1920&h=1080&title=true&forcequality=true&quality=highres
