"Follow us on Twitter" / "Add us on Facebook" etc

Let's make the last wizard slide this stuff, with the wizard slide clearly indicating that they can get support there.

Again let's get @mattatgit @jenbennings and @haustraliaer involved.

Not even sure that we need a wizard anymore considering #106 -- though the point of bringing our social media links out more prominently is a very important one. CC: @weilu and @javgh about that as well.

I'm closing this since right now it probably makes more sense to remove those links completely, since I won't be reading and responding to any bug reports on those profiles, it's better if people just use the support email instead...
