I don't know. I would suggest only explicitly pointing out (or rejecting) weak passwords.

Promising that a password is secure with any sort of accuracy is pretty much impossible. For example, silentcircle reports "I Can Has Cheezburger" will take centuries to crack, but it is definitely not secure at all.
