Failed to upvote not showing the reason

Describe the bug

Sometimes the upvotes fail for reasons other than community member not having enough tokens, in these cases, can we error handle them by showing a more appropriate message that is not just "Failed to upload"

Reproduction steps

• unsure, check the screenshot for details

Actual behavior

• User gets an error message "failed to upvote"

Expected behavior

• User should get a more appropriate error message that explains the reason for the upvote failing
