Needs Testing
Add a new section to the Admin Panel that allows site administrators to create, edit, and manage Community Tags. This feature will enable admins to categorize communities by adding relevant tags, improving discoverability and search functionality. The Community Tags management interface should be integrated into the existing AdminPanelPage.tsx with appropriate UI/UX considerations.
