The plugins is perfect, but i installed the plugin and it does not work correctly
I have about 100 active projects and do not work the project dropdown.
I have activated the plugin only in five projects, but only the issues are listed, but not the projects
I do not know if that's why I have activated the favorite_proyect plugin and the database is corrupted
This problem prevents me from modifying booking since it is necessary to indicate a value to save it.

Thanks

I am very sorry that the plugin does not work as expected for you.

My first guess is, that one of the other plugins messes with the hourglass form. Unfortunately we do not have the time to validate this.

Hi @arBmind

I've got the same error after upgrading redmine from 3.4.6 to 3.4.11:

  • no projects listed in the dropdown-menu
  • no errors reported in the logs

Since we need the hourglass-plugin to work again, I'm willing to fix this. But I'm no ruby-on-rails-programmer. Could you eventually give me a clue where to start debugging?

For me the problem has been solved: We run the redmine-update on a cloned redmine-installation with a slightly different setup than the production-system. It seems that the missing projects on the hourglass-ui had to do with those differences - maybe the different base-url or something. Running the update on the live-system didn't led to the described issue.

Thanks for this fine plugin!

I'm the same problem with the projects drop down not being populated. I can book time directly to an issue if I put in the issue number before stopping time. However, when trying to book unbooked time it does not work because the project drop down is required but no values are populated.

Running on version 4.0.4, no other plugins.

@thomst You said once you moved servers it started working. On the first setup did you have redmine under a relative path, e.g. www.myserver.com/redmine? And when you did the new setup was it the same URL setup or was redmine served on the root, e.g. www.new-myserver.com ?

I will try a reinstall of the module in case that helps.

Current setup information:

Install method: clone from git
URI http://localhost:81/redmine/

Environment:
  Redmine version                4.0.4.stable
  Ruby version                   2.5.5-p157 (2019-03-15) [x64-mingw32]
  Rails version                  5.2.3
  Environment                    production
  Database adapter               Mysql2
  Mailer queue                   ActiveJob::QueueAdapters::AsyncAdapter
  Mailer delivery                smtp
SCM:
  Subversion                     1.12.2
  Git                            2.20.0
  Filesystem
Redmine plugins:
  redmine_hourglass              1.1.2

@immersivegame
both, the origin and the cloned redmines where running with a relative path, but with a different subdomain.

When you click on "Booking" a book request is sent to the server. Can you please take a look into the network panel of your browser and look if the projects are part of the response.
