Add support to use analog stick as full control

Is there any way to set up analog stick on gamepad to use full number (1-9) buttons (not only 2,4,6,8)?

As of right now? No, but it's definitely something i've been looking to implement on both libretro and Anbu as of late, doesn't seem too complicated either.

I'll probably be able to push a PR with that in a few days.
