I'm not sure how I coded this game, because it was a long time ago and I don't have the code, but pressing an arrow only activates once instead of repeating. You can find the jar at https://illnorth.com/download/index.php?file=Stax2.jar which doesn't have this issue with J2ME Loader on Android.
