I noticed that the figure references to the Texas plasma note are constantly updated. I need to either copy the original figures, or make the dispersion/shock figures myself.

At some point I turned off Julia code execution while generating the notes because of a bug in Quarto. Now with newer version this seems to be working, so maybe we can turn on code execution later.
