Describe the solution you'd like

Minikube basics to start with.

  • creating clusters
  • deleting clusters
  • starting clusters
  • stopping clusters

Ultimately it would be good to do a lot of the things the minikube command line can do.

What users will benefit from this feature?

Minikube users, and users who want to run a cluster locally.

Additional context

Running as a plugin could be good.

Some mock ups for: Start, stop, delete

note: There's a confusion between cluster and context in Headlamp design. Here it shows how it can be dangerous, because does delete here delete the cluster or the context? There is already a convention for delete affecting the context, not the actual clusters.
