Broken rename of dynamic clusters (needs confirm)

Describe the bug

While trying to create a dynamic cluster and then rename it, clicking the finished button redirects back to an empty home page where no dynamic clusters load.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Open headlamp in app mode
2. At the home page, click on the Add Cluster button
3. Add or load a kubeconfig from your machine
4. Click on Next then Finish
5. Click on the settings of any dynamic cluster
6. Rename the cluster
7. Navigate back to the home page
8. Observe no dynamic clusters are loading

NOTE: Also note that after the dynamic clusters fail to load you cannot add any more dynamic clusters

• Installation type: Linux

Are you able to fix this issue?

Need confirmation if this may just be an issue for my machine

I also have tried clearing the IndexedDB storage and starting fresh, still had the same result.

note: to be able to add cluster through the button again you may need to delete kubeconfigs in the storage, click the Delete database button
