Lacking documentation for aws and firebase implementation #15

First of all, thank you for this amazing plugin!

Current READMEs are outdated for aws and firebase implementation, it would be great if those are added too.

Sanity Support here :)
While the maintainers of the plugin are working on updating the documentation to V3 of Sanity ( I think there are is little but the install command not updated in the ReadMe) and the setup in /test/sanity.config.ts, we can offer some more help around it:

The name of the plugin is s3Files for aws for example
You have the option to then configure at least the toolTitle, defaultAccept and vendor credentials in your plugin definition in the plugins array
