Seafile 12.0.7 not possible add library

Hi all
I've installed Seafile self-hosted, version 12.0.7.

I've noted that is not present the icon to add a library, and also wiki is disabled.
From android app insted, is possible add a new library!!!
I've missing something?

Your UI is not right. Can you try to force refresh the browser?

Done, I've also try from smartphone UI is the same ! The yml is from CE edition taken and adapted

I've not used caddy because already installed so it has been removed from .env, and I've enable the port 8083 in the yml file

Also wiki is disabled, probably I've to roll back to version 11

I've found the issue on wiki page the icon to add a wiki is hiding, if I click near the wiki the menu will show, I can't do the same for new library!!!!!

Moreover in the seafile demo I've seen a version 12.0.8, it will be release soon? It is not mentioned on the seafile webpage and forum.

This is a pro edition. For community edition, the latest is 12.0.7.
