  • 每个标题都是一个链接，链接地址就是标题名

[标题名](#标题名) → 要带上表示标题级别的#

有的支持TOC ，直接子要加目录的地方使用 [TOC]

标题名，一个#号是一级标题，如果是二级三级甚至更高级怎么办？如标题名，这样好像不管用
