Rework Filters ( and Sorting )

As filtering is an important feature, and we often got feedbacks about it, we plan to rework it ;

• UX research ( interviews, collect user feedbacls)
• Rework UX/UI (userflows, mocks, testing)

Hi, I am a new user to grist - I have some ideas on how filters can be implemented like the slicers in Excel which have very usability. So, please include me in your interviews.

If a rework is planned, I think this forum post might have a relevant request. In short, if simple filters (e.g. filtering a choice column to a single value) are being used on widgets, default values can be inferred.
