Currently there is no way to tell is a user is ramping down / terminating.
It would be very beneficial to be able to tell when an individual user is changing state so flow teardown can be handled gracefully.
It would be amazing if there were events for this.
Something along the lines of: add exec.vu.status = pending | setup | running | teardown | terminating
Perhaps bubble up SignalStop?
