Handle SIGKILL (137) on osutil.Run() during Linux kernel image building, and provide with dmesg logs for the additional detail. Fixes: google#5317

TODO: need to understand if it makes sense to grep from dmesg at all, if so, need to grep it better like with
--sincectime when we start to build an image.
