Description

After toggling gitlens.changes.toggleMode view, every time I follow a definition or open a file, the view scrolls to the first change, which is quite annoying. It should be configurable when opening a file and should never happen if I follow definitions/instantiation/reference.

Reproduction:

  1. Have two files with changes. File 1 has definitions used in file 2.
  2. Toggle the changes mode view.
  3. Follow definition from file 2 to file 1, and notice the view is scrolled at first kine with changes in file 1.

Regards.
