bug: use template toggle on / off should override content if blank

So, I have been using the AI Generation recently, and I like it - sometimes - sometimes it generates incorrect data.

So I want to be able to delete the AI Content, and revert back to the template within the repository. At the moment I can't seem to do this via the UI.

Probably don't want to override user content without a prompt or something, but if I select all and delete the content so it's blank, it should treat the form as empty / unmodified, and allow that template to be activated again.

Replication Steps:

1. Create a branch
2. Create a commit (content irrelevant)
3. Click Create Pull Request
4. Click use PR template to toggle it on.
5. Click "AI Generation" to toggle it on.
6. Scroll to bottom of content box. Click Generate Description.
7. Decide you don't like the description.
8. Attempt to get back to your template.....

Thanks a lot for bringing this up, and for the video which shows the problem perfectly.

Maybe this would be an easy thing to fix, but @estib-vega would know better.
