Describe the issue

Hey!

A small one.

While pushing to remote branch and creating a PR against it in GitButler, if later one deletes the remote branch by the means of GH API and closes the PR, and then, from GitButler, pushing to the branch again, which, in turn, will revive it in GH, and then opening a new PR against it, this new PR will not find its way to GitButler UI.

Thanks a lot for reporting!

As pushing a previously deleted branch with a close PR associated with it wouldn't automatically create a new PR, despite recreating the branch on the remote, I'd think that GitButler is responsible for the PR creation.
This should also mean that it should be able to also surface it in the UI.

I'm not sure I fully grasp your comment, but I think desired functionality would be to track all the open PRs targeting the branch, whether created by GitButler or other means
