Tab content flickering during movement

Environment details

OS: macOS Sequoia 15.3
Ghostty: 1.1.0

Steps to reproduce

• configure move_tab key bidings, e.g.

keybind = cmd+shift+left=move_tab:-1
keybind = cmd+shift+right=move_tab:+1

• open 2 tabs (ideally displaying different content)
• move any of the tabs left or right

Current behaviour

Underlying tab content flickers when tabs get repositioned using move_tab.

Noteworthy facts

The issue has been reported previously in #4180 (reply in thread), however I'm re-raising it here, as that discussion is marked as answered (it was about flickering upon tab/split opening).
