Ghostty 1.1.0 fails to compile for Ubuntu 22.04

This is the error I get when compiling on Ubuntu 22.04, did not have this issue with version 1.0.1 Ghostty

It's likely that your system's Oniguruma version is too old. (The offending symbol is from kkos/oniguruma@ca2e6a4, released January 2022 and probably did not make it in time for 22.04.) In general we don't support Ubuntu 22.04 since it ships with an ancient GTK version that doesn't support many key Ghostty features.

Or we can just use the old, typo'd name (ONIGERR_DEFAULT_ENCODING_IS_NOT_SETTED). I personally feel like that's a bit bending over backwards for a distro version that is already well-known to be way too old for Ghostty, but if anyone wants to PR that it's a literal one-line fix.

I'm aware it does not get all the features of ghostty on that version but it's still even for me and is much better than terminator that I have been using for years till ghostty lol
